Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with aMOOsing Designs. We want you to know what to expect after placing your order, from production through delivery.

Order Processing

Many of our products are made especially for you after your order is placed. Because items may be produced to order, please allow approximately 2–7 business days for production and processing before shipment.

Processing times may vary depending on the product, order volume, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Estimated delivery dates shown during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary based on the product, destination, and shipping method available for your order. Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Some orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages. This can occur because different products may be produced or fulfilled from different facilities. You will not be charged additional shipping after your order has been placed because an order ships in multiple packages.

Shipping Rates

Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipping costs may vary based on the products ordered, delivery destination, package size, and available shipping method.

You will always have an opportunity to review your shipping charges before submitting payment.

Delivery Estimates

The estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout includes the shipping estimate available for your order but may not account for unexpected carrier delays.

Delivery may occasionally be affected by severe weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, high-volume periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to update the address before production or shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment.

aMOOsing Designs is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be emailed to the email address provided with your order.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can help investigate the shipment.

If tracking shows an order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors who may have accepted the package. You may also need to contact the shipping carrier directly.

If you still cannot locate your order, please contact us and we will assist you in determining the appropriate next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly and include your order number and photographs showing the issue.

We will review the problem and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

International shipping availability varies by product and destination. When international shipping is available, applicable shipping options and charges will be displayed during checkout.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless specifically stated during checkout.
